Here’s a wee riddle from from Chambers’ Popular Rhymes of Scotland

As I gaed owre Bottle-brig
Bottle-brig brak;
Though ye guess a’ day
Ye winna guess that.

According to Chambers, this would only work in Lanarkshire, because Bothwell Bridge was also known as Boddle Brig locally. Never heard that, but it might just be meant as a pun.

I’ve put the answer to the riddle in the comments, just so I don’t spoil anyone’s fun.
